My battle with wama.Trish chase would bought wama if you remember updated to paid or pays as agreed.Now if i dispute with arrow fin. services who also report it.Would arrow have to remove it because it's marked as paid by the oc?Then i can hammer chase for reporting incorrectly?just a wag if it would work?:D:confused:

Ok.....that's kinda confusing. Help me here.

Chase bought out wamu and chase is reporting the TL positively but wamu is still reporting negatively......is that right?

So Arrow is reporting what for who?? Not clear on that part. And why would you want to hammer chase if they are reporting it positively?

It can't be listed as a bk account AND open. That's incorrect. (actually a CA acct can't be reported as an open account - that's a violation in itself)
Was it purchased from wamu after you included it in the BK? Then that's a blatant violation. They can't sell off an acct IIB from what I've read.

And for chase.....yes, then you should be disputing that one too.
Have you read my post on cleaning up IIB accts? Maybe that letter would work for you and you could go after the OC and CA and threaten lawsuit. They will not want to fight over an account they cannot get paid on. Just a thought.

no it was purchased during a payment plan,because wama purchased proviadn we then filed bk because arrow jacked the rate from 9.9 to 29.9 even though they accepted payment from my credit program.i have a good idea what im sending.

He said theres enough to get money from them and one other oc who has sent me a money bill since i filed bankruptcy 20 months,each bill is a violation:D
