Ok,
Since they are giving you 14 days to respond, send them this:

Sirs,
I am in receipt of your response to my dispute together with copies of purported notices that were supposedly sent to a PO box. There were no certified mail receipts, no proof of mailing and no proof that these notices were sent to an active PO box registered in my name.

In addition, records show that the sale took place over 7 Months after the date of repossession which is considered to be both untimely and not done in a commercially reasonable manner.

I am therefore requesting your immediate withdrawal of any claim for any alleged deficiency and a deletion of this item from my credit reports.

Upon proof of the deletions and a written withdrawal of any claim from you or your assignees, I will provide you with a release of any claim against you for violation of the UCC and State and Federal statutes.

Failing your prompt attention to this matter I reserve the right to pursue civil actions for damages and file appropriate complaints for violations of State and Federal statutes
