non pp letter

I tried to dispute off an inquiry with TU. They responded with they cant do that and I need to contact the source. I figured out the source is a collection agency. Just wondering my chances on getting it removed from my file? Or if there is another thread with more info. I have a letter to go off, just looking for info.

I don't really know much about disputing inquiries.... I just recently tried w/EQ and found out they delete them pretty easily though.

But yeah.......I would be doing the same thing if I was determined to get them off.
Is it a CA with an account on you? Have you received any collection letters from them?

It is for primary financial svc. The name sounds familiar but it is no where else on my CR. If it was I have no record of them or letters from them anywhere.
