Smile This is for cellphone's,would it apply to ?

Chane or Trish look at u.s.c. section 47 415 a.This applies to cell phones and being sued by a jdb or collection,on assignment or sale to them of contract by the cell phone co.This is a case ruled on by a federal judge. It was against a collector called palisades.I was wondering if we could apply to any debt collector.Hmn!

Trish will become famous soon enough
Thumbs up Good to know!

This is news to me but a GREAT find!
I thought that cell phones would fall under the standard UCC "goods and services" 4 year sol...........but after looking a little more it seems that yes........cell phones are different and have an SOL of 2 years.

That's good to know!!
