Hmm....if there are no inaccuracies at all, then I guess you could just say I have no knowledge or records of this account.

Ok just starting to format something in my head, do I go along these lines: Dear OC, After recieving a copy of my credit report I noticed an account that I have no knowledge of. I would like you to either verify the account or delete it. |

That's pretty much all you need to say. Just list the acct as it appears on your report (the same way the OC name shows and the acct#......even with the x's if it's truncated) Oh....and don't forget to request a copy of your updated CR once the investigation is complete. |

Trish, please accept my apology for my incompetance today.. I would dispute the TL with the CRA not the OC correct?

I would dispute it with the CRAs first. If it comes back verified, then you should try disputing the other TL with the incorrect balance. If you still have no luck.........then you should go to the OC.
