Default Target National Bank Goodwill

We GW'd Target National Bank to get them to take the late payments off my husbands account. We got no response from them but he did get an alert saying his score went down, so when I looked into it, this is what it showed Target was reporting:

Paid charge off
Account closed by credit grantor
Charge
Amount in H/C column is credit limit

What does that mean? Why would it cause his FICO score to go down. It was reporting as a charge off before too...

Was the account charged off?And did they report you late after charged? If they charged off in March they can't say your late in april,May,etc. If you could copy it as it's written it would be helpful.

Are you sure nothing else changed? Look over your entire CR and compare it to a past one if you can (when the score was higher). See if there is ANYTHING else different...even on your positive TLs.

No, I mean has anything else changed with your other TLs?
Looking at the target one, you're right...there's no difference. You're score shouldn't have changed because of that. It has to be something else.
