Default disputes verified

Ok, I know you probably already answered this but I cant find it anywhere either. What letter do I send the CRA's after I get the courts response? Does this have to be done in the 30days? 30days will be 4/24/09. And they verified the medical bills that were on there. What letter do I send asking them how they verified them? The letter the CRA's sent me said to find the name & address of the OC on my CR, but I shouldnt contact them right? I should ask the CRA's how they verified it, right? Im just so afraid of screwing it up. & to be honest I now know for a fact they will not be able to produce a document w/ my signature for those medical bills. Thank you for all your time.

I don't think there's a letter posted for the 2nd letter to the CRA (after getting the courts response).......but basically you are just saying......."I was instructed to contact the furnisher of information......which I did and here is the letter stating that they do not verify information with the credit bureaus. Please delete this erroneous account from my public records......as it is obvious that the (whatever county) court did not provide or verify this information". You can re-word it but that's pretty much it. You are not really disputing it........which you can make sure to tell them.......you are demanding deletion.

Ok, now for the medical.......that's not a judgment right? What kind of dispute did you send the first time? Was it the medical dispute letter from the medical collections thread? If not.......post what you sent them and let me know.

Default Dispute verified

The medical records dispute was on the same letter as the judgments. It just said the info was inaccurate.

What was the letter you sent them for disputing the medical though? Was it the one from Why Chat's site (posted in the medical collections thread)?

Ive never been on the Why CHat site. Not sure I know what it is. I hand wrote & reworded slightly the 1st letter under the guide for disputing judgements. & I just included 2 judgments & 2 medical bills(same OC). Hope this helps. Thanks

Ok, then send the medical dispute letter. There is a link in this post that takes you to why chat's site which has the letter.

Default Dispute verified

Ok, I just checked something on the letter I got back from the CRA. Im getting kinda confused. I originally disputed (info inaccurate) 2 judgements & 2 medical bills. I get a letter from EXP saying they're verified. But it only lists the 2 judgements & 1 medical bill. Everything is still on my CR.

So for the 2 judgments I need to ask the courts first their verification process, right?

But for the 2 medical bills in collections, what letter do I send that asks how they verified it. I dont intend to pay it.

Thank you

For the judgments......yes, send the county clerk at the courthouse the letter asking for their procedures in verifying records.

You can send a PR (procedural request) letter regarding the medical......but I've just never seen that letter do any good except for giving yourself a papertrail if you need to send an ITS or decide to file suit later on. You can try that......I just haven't seen much success with it.

For medical accounts that old.......my advice would be to either DV the CA or contact the healthcare provider and ask them for proof of service.

What letter do you send next & to who when a old judgment comes back verified, & you know its not on your public records file or anywhere else except on your CR? &... after it came back verified, I sent the procedural letter to the courts asking how they verify info w/ CRA's. In return, I got copies of 2 judgments - neither of which are not even close to what is on my CR. I called the courts & they said they dont send out letters b/c they dont have a procedure b/c anyone can call the clerks office & get info. If thats the case, & the CRA's called, they would have the correct info? What should I do now? Does the OR of this judgment have any say over this acct?
