Then I would maybe give it one more shot disputing it via CM mail (handwritten if possible). Online disputing doesn't always work so well since it's ALL automated. Humans rarely even look at those disputes. More than likely, it was verified electronically both times. So.....I think before sending out that letter, I would try disputing it one more time by regular mail. Then if still comes back verified and incorrect.......send the debt verification letter. |

And like I said, handwritten is best.........but if not, use purple or teal italic font and send it CM only (not RR). |
