Then I would maybe give it one more shot disputing it via CM mail (handwritten if possible). Online disputing doesn't always work so well since it's ALL automated. Humans rarely even look at those disputes. More than likely, it was verified electronically both times.

So.....I think before sending out that letter, I would try disputing it one more time by regular mail. Then if still comes back verified and incorrect.......send the debt verification letter.

Send it to the cra?I downloaded some dispute letters from trans union.how would you word it point out the wrong information most of my disputes have been on line.

I wouldn't even use a form letter for that.
Just something like:

Dear CRA,
My name is jjgross. My SS# is xxx-xx-xxxx. I am sending this letter certified mail # xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx to ensure that you receive it.

After reviewing my TU/EX/EQ report #xxxxxxxxx, I have noticed several inaccuracies on the following account:

OC name
Account # xxxxxxxxxx

This account should be included in bankruptcy, pay status is incorrect, I was never late on the account after it was charged off. (whatever is being reported incorrectly.....list it).
Please investigate this account. It is seriously damaging my credit history.

Please send me an updated copy of my credit report once your investigation is complete.

You don't have to be word for word.........but just something short and simple like that.

And like I said, handwritten is best.........but if not, use purple or teal italic font and send it CM only (not RR).

I'll have to hand write it I'm out of printer paper and not going into town for another week.Thanks Trish it seems i get all the strange ones.But i did get one one deleted that i thought would never budge.Jefferson capital but i sent them a copy of a north Carolina law suit against their parent company
