 Violation = deletion?

My question:
I also have an LVNV account on my CR that is also listed as OPEN ACCOUNT. So, am I to understand that this is a violation and grounds for complete removal from CR? or will it just be updated to a different status so don't bother on the technicality of it and go straight to the 1 2 punch?
