OK, share with us. But, first...have you contacted them about it?

Ok........fwiw, I just wanted to put in my 2 cents here.

jesse,
You come here asking for "a positive experience"......you actually got 3. Then you want 10. Come on...... this site is not Lexington's personal advertising campaign. It is what it is..... We are a DIY credit repair forum that will refer you to some reputable companies if you wish........that's all. Chane.....our site admin...... happens to have personal experience with them and has used them........so he has NO problem recommending them. So coming in here and asking for 10 people to step forward and sing their praises is asking a bit much, don't you think? After all........I doubt most people using LL (or any CRO for that matter) are spending much time in a credit repair forum........they don't need to.

So.....do your research and decide for yourself. No one here is twisting anyone's arm or trying to convince them to use any particular CRO. We just list the ones WE feel are the best........if you decide to go that route.

Now as far as the BBB......for a popular, well known company........NO that is not that many complaints. And I agree with Chane on the fact that having ALL of your complaints resolved is a pretty good record. I, personally, have made MANY complaints with the BBB.......it is possible to keep a complaint/investigation unresolved. I have done it myself when I did not receive satisfaction from a company's response.

I also decided to look up some well known companies......just off of the top of my head:

WalMart - 206 complaints (168 resolved, 38 administratively closed)

Dell computers - 11587 complaints (way too many to list but they were either resolved or administratively closed AND some that were considered resolved were because the company responded but the consumer dropped the ball)

JC Penney - 863 complaints (most resolved, some administratively closed)

So.......anyway, just to show that there are good reputable companies out there that have just as many or more complaints. It doesn't mean they are bad or they are crooks..... It is what it is.

I just want you to be fair about it. Not to jump on them for having a certain number of complaints. Any large company is going to get complaints........you can't please everyone.
I'm not saying any thing good or bad about the company......but you should do your research.....and look at the big picture.......and decide from there.

Ok......so maybe that was more like 3 cents :p
I'm done rambling now.

First off let me say that I know several people that have had good experiences with LL, but here goes.
I called and talked to them and they said they would start right away, let us purchase your CR for TU so we can start, I told them I belong to TC well we need to purchase so we can start, OK fine do it. Then I give them our info for TC so they can get EQ and EX. A week goes by and they do not have anything in their system on either my DW or me, so I call them and hear I don't know what happened let me check. 2 days later I call again I say what's going on they say I will have data entry take care of this today. Finally I call again and my info is in so I do the case valet thing no disputes go out so I call again the disputes are supposed to go out today or tommorrow. A couple of days later disputes go out to EQ and EX none to TU
so I call again and am assured everything will go out soon. I log in again and for the 3rd time I have to sign a retainer agreement whats up with that.
The icing on the cake was I go to my PO Box and what do I find but a dispute sent to EX with my PO Box as the address, how can they do that? The envelope is addressed EX but came to me. So I call to complain and they say my paralegal will get ahold of me TODAY and make everything right, this is at 9am by the next day in the PM I had enough and called and canceled. Sorry for the long story but there it is. It was because of multiple mistakes that I terminated them and all these mistakes except for the dispute being sent back happened to both my DW and I. BTW when I cancelled they didn't even try to keep me as a customer. Oh yeah I forgot they disputed a few items that I didn't want them to dispute.

I really want to do credit repair, and want to use LL or something like it.
I checked other ones around, and Sky Blue Credit Repair has an A+ Rating with the better business bureau with 0 complaints.
Sky Blue Credit - Credit Counseling and Management Services - Delray Beach, FL | BBB Business Report

Has anyone used them?

Ripoffreport.com is under investigation and warrants issued for the guy who runs it...Magedson...is or was at one point a fugitive from the FBI. They have evidence that he has posted false reports/complaints, then contacts the company to offer removal of the complaint for a significant amount of money.
