You are right some people are like that...
So if there was 5 or 6, I would give it a chance.
Not all dissatisfied customers know they can complain to the Better Business Bureau... So with that in mind, 286 complaints in 36 months is ridiculous! Someone with that kind of feedback on Ebay would be banned for life.
AAACreditguide is a great resource, obviously Lexington is paying this website for referrals. I think the opinion is biased, based on that fact.

Numbers dont lie. 286 complaints just with the Better Business Bureau... Hundreds more with RipoffReport.com... Hundreds more on google. People dont just waste their time to talk crap about this company, something is not going right!

I mean really... the numbers speak for themselves.

In my opinion, that is a perfect record. It's not whether you have problems or issues in life, it's how you handle them. They have handled each and every single complaint they have had about them in the last 3 years. Not very many companies will do that.

I have noticed that people are quick to complain in life, not so quick in coming back to their complaint and telling others how it was handled. Instead of complaining to the BBB, they should have complained to Lexington Law first. Of course, that is just common sense and not how a lot of people operate.
You must have never complained to the BBB before. ALL COMPLAINTS ARE LISTED AS RESOLVED EVEN IF THEY ARENT! Most complaints sit on the back burner and Lexington Law is not obligated to even acknowledge the complaint, and it still gets "resolved"

Referrals are based on happy customers, telling friends and family. Referrals are the most valuable asset to someone in sales.
If you can find 10 people to post positive feedback about lexington law onto this Forum (personal experience please). I will sign up the day that happens. I will then give you my own un-biased oppinion of their service, qualities, and effectiveness. I will do a write up for the whole world to see...
Deal?

I agree. The numbers don't lie. They are 286 out 286...satisfied. That is batting 1.000 in baseball. That is an impeccable record.

AAACreditGuide is very proud to promote and be an affiliate of Lexington Law. We have done our research on the company. I even flew out to meet the CEO and many of their lawyers, paralegals and staff.

I have also talked to many past clients. It's funny that I have never gotten a single complaint from a past client. I have only gotten emails praising them.

However, if I ever do get a legitimate complaint (not just people parroting what they read online) I will go to my friends at Lexington Law and make sure it is taken care of immediately. I vouch for Lexington Law 100%.

I will have to start soliciting testimonials and/or asking if I can have permission to post emails in our Success Stories section. I think that is a good idea anyway.

Most people won't just come here and post about them without being asked to.

Default I had great success!

I joined Lexington's program about 2.5 years ago with a credit score of 540. I was with Lexington for 10 months and was able to get my score up to 735. Now that I've cleaned up my credit and started some new accounts my score is at 782!

The majority of complaints on the BBB for Lexington are because the company allegedly charged for services after the customer stopped the service. Lexington doesn't charge you until after the work is done (like a cell phone), so at the end of the month. When I canceled services, I received a final bill. That's exactly the way the the law is set up, any credit repair agency that charges before they do work should be avoided!

Everyone who makes a BBB complaint doesn't know what they're talking about. If you look at Lending Tree's BBB record you'll find they have 270 complaints with 32 billing issues and 39 refund issues! Lending Tree doesn't collect any money... how could these clients have had billing issues?

Like chane said, all the issues have been cleared up and are in good standing. The company even has a warranty, so if you're not satisfied you can get your money back. I'm not saying you have to join Lexington, but don't believe everything you read, it is a reputable company!

That would be good because I can give you a big time complaint. Very disappointed with them.

Default Nothing but good so far!

I have been working with Lexington for the past few months and have been very pleased with their work. They are timely and courteous...even when I have questions. Like any other contractual arrangement they are able to do the best work when I hold up my end of the deal. Which means I tell them what I want them to do...and then they do it.

At least that has been my experience so far. Hope that helps.
