Chane - question about credit repair companies

I was wondering if you can give me any information on DSI Solutions? You have them listed as #3 in your top ten credit repair companies and I was wondering what information you could give me that would be helpful. I have by far found them to be the best out of the ones I've looked at and I like how they have one flat fee, not a monthly fee.

They are one of the cheapest I've ever seen and they have 7 years of experience. The only thing is, under the CROA, they are not allowed to charge up front for their service. However, in some states, supposedly they are. I haven't asked them about that, but I'd like to know what the deal is with that. That's the only thing that scares me about them a little.
