Default Have I done this correctly....? Questions on disputing

I havent sent out my dispute letters yet b/c Im afraid Im doing it wrong. & I also just rec'd my "paid for" TU report finally. (I need to join a service, I know). Im sending them out tomorrow, I swear, but I just want to confirm I'm doing this correctly.

I hand wrote a letter to each CRA disputing 2 old judgments stating something similiar to: "I have no knowledge of these accounts from this court for this amount, blah, blah, blah. Please verify or delete..., if its verified please send me the name of provider, etc...." .

I also have 2 old bills from the same CA on there, originally from American Radiology, that I really dont remember. I did dispute them online in August 2008, & it came back as verified but I never received any proof & I didnt know about your site back then . Now, on 1 of them it says on the report "Account Info Disputed by Consumer". It also says it was updated on 8/08. I cant remember what I chose as my reason for disputing them. My questions are-
1) Can I put all four (2 judgments & 2 CA) accounts on each dispute letter? 2) What reason if any should I give for disputing?
3) Will the 30 days be delayed b/c it says its disputed already from 8/08?
4) How should I mail the letters? Hand written envelope & CM only, right?

One last thing, I also have a $66 account that is w/ a CA, originally from Verizon, for a home phone at my ex-boyfriend's address. This just popped up on my reports recently but its very old. Actually is says on the reports its due to come off March 2009. Can I ask them to remove this too, in my dispute letter? Or for the ones that should drop off anyway, can I call them & request they be removed over the phone?

Thank you so much. I apologize if Im asking stupid questions. Just afraid to mess up. Thanks again

2) What reason if any should I give for disputing? If you don't see any inaccuracies in the way it's reporting you can dispute as no knowledge or records of such acct. (if you want to post how the CA is reporting so we can look for violations or mistakes, you can)
3) Will the 30 days be delayed b/c it says its disputed already from 8/08? No, the only way to delay it is by submitting a new dispute (or calling them) DURING that 30 day investigation period.
4) How should I mail the letters? Hand written envelope & CM only, right? Yes, correct.

You can add it in with your other disputes but I would say disputing 5 items is the maximum. If you want to be safe, you can always do the judgments in one dispute and the CA accounts in another. I really think with those items, you should be ok though.

See above in red.

No need to apologize! Those are very good questions. I totally understand .....it can be confusing at first.
I think you're doing great!

If you want to post those CA accounts..........otherwise you're good to go.
Good luck and keep us posted!!
