Default What do I do when Experian says...

"We have already investigated this information and the credit grantor has verified its accuracy"
I did a credit dispute letter almost 1 year ago (not knowing about this site), now I am trying to do the '1-2 punch' and they seem to be rejecting my request for accuracy.
What should I do? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Joe

Ugh.....I hate that.

This is one letter that I know people have used for the "previously investigated" response. It has worked for some.

Dispute Letters (post #13)

Hope that helps.

Oh.......ok. Good. Then yes, try using the letter posted above then.
Be sure to send it CM (but not RR) and handwritten if possible.
