Certified Mail #

Im not familiar w/ certified mail. I put the green label on. Who removes it & sends it back? I recieved certified mail the other day w/ the entire label on it & I never returned it. It just seems whoever gats the mail can simply not return the label & claim they never got it....???

If you are referring to the green and white slip for Certified mail......one of the postal workers is supposed to remove the slip once you have signed for it..........but those don't get mailed back to the sender. Only the Read Receipt cards get mailed back (which the postal worker should do as well).

Either way, it sounds like the postal worker made a mistake by not removing the slip/card. It can still be tracked and there is still proof it was delivered though.
