 Disputes
I disputed some items on my CR's in 7/2008 & I did it online. I rec'd a new CR w/ those items removed. I got free copies of my CR in 11/2008 & I just noticed there are some items on there that say "in dispute by customer". What exactly does that mean? Can I dispute it again? Shouldnt it have come off w/in 45 days from 7/2008. I havent ordered new ones.

That just means that you previously disputed it. Sometimes it just stays on there.......I have had a dispute comment on a couple of my TLs for like a year now. You would think it would get removed after a while.......but it doesn't. Not sure why. |
