Default Getting Credit Reports and Scores

While I'm repairing credit, I'll need to check the CR's & scores perhaps monthly. Is there any economical way of doing this? (All 3 reports on myfico cost $47.85.)

TIA

After making a dispute, the CRA's are supposed to send you a newly updated credit report for free.

A few ways to obtain credit reports

As far as credit scores, if you are interested in your fico score, the only way to get those would be through myfico.com

You can get other forms of a credit score through a credit monitoring service for about $13 per month. I wouldn't necessarily worry about the score. When I was repairing my credit, I only looked at my credit reports. whenever you get a negative item deleted, your score goes up. That is all you need to know really.

Please note that FICO is the only place that will give you the scores that the banks see. Other scores are known as FAKOs in the industry and can be off by a ton.

On the MyFico website, under the tab where you buy a single report and score it says
"Get your FICO® scores from your choice of Equifax, Experian or TransUnion."

"Why you should consider getting all three FICO® credit scores with FICO Credit Complete instead

It’s a fact: Everyone has three FICO® scores. 30% have FICO® scores that vary by as much as 50 points across their three scores "
How can you tell the difference when you are given a Fico and a Fako score? Dothe credit bureaus identify them as such?

Also, since there isn't just one FICO score, which one do you get? If you get all three, you've spent $45.
