Capital One??

I recently reviewed my credit report, I noticed an account for Capital One listed on my credit report. This account is not mine I have challenged it with all three credit agencies and ask for verification of the account. I want this account removed from my report since it is not mine and the agencies and creditor insist it is my account. How can I get this account removed?

Contact Crap One and you should be able to clear it up with them.
They have to prove it's yours or remove it from your CRs.

I had this same problem.........fought with Crap One for about a year and then ended up having to file a complaint. That finally got it removed........so try calling them first to see if you can figure out what the deal is. Then if you have to........go to the OCC website and you can get info on filing complaints there.
