CA's calling my wife at work.... Legal or not?

Collection agency is calling my wife at work. I am sure it is illegal for them to do that. What do you recommend she do as far as getting documentation against them etc.? Currently, she is simply asking them if there is something she can help them with without saying who she is.

It's legal until you ask them to stop. Send them a cease and desist letter if you must. It might piss them off and get them to sue you. If you send one send it certified.
