Yes, I would write Chase and ask them about this. You should tell them the same thing you are telling us and ask them how/why are you being "labeled" as an unfavorable customer. If this were me I'm not so sure I would be nice in the letter. I would probably file complaints and then send them the letter (along with copies of my complaints) telling them they have lost a customer for life. That's BS. But then again........that's just me. If you are wanting to continue a relationship with this bank you might not want to go that route. Oh and if you REALLY want to wake them up. File a complaint with the OCC. |

Thank you for your reply. Can you spell OCC? because i want to know more about how to complain to OCC. I dont want to be a nice to them because they closed all my chase credit cards without any reason and reported "Account closed by grantor" on my CR. I have been their customer for 10 years and they didnt care. After that they offer me a pre-approved credit card and then decline, and putting a hard inquiery on my CR. What is my fault, when many customers accounts or mortgadges are going default and foreclosures. I dont even have any lates with any creditors. I just want, the people like me or have the same problem with the creditors, start punching them. I hate a monarchy. |
