I think in Ca, a judgment is enforceable for 10 years......and it can be renewed for another 10 years if they choose to.

You know I'm not sure if they can take your ONLY form of transportation........and if it's not an expensive car then they may not bother.
You may be considered "judgment proof".......for right now anyway.

You may want to call an atty and see if you can get some advice just over the phone regarding the car/assets that you have. Sorry I can't help you more there.

About deleting a Judgement from CR. Now I dont see any judgement on my CR and we dont know when it appears. Should i srtart to dispute deleting my previous 12 years old address from CR, or its soon? my new address is 2 months old!

Yes, you can always go ahead and start disputing/updating all of your personal info. Get as many addys removed as possible. Have all name variations, phone numbers, employment history removed. None of that needs to be on there.

Also look at the thread (in the beginner's section) about opting out. You should do that too while you are at it.

If you owe money on car you can add anyone you want,however it still is in your name!Now if its free and clear you can add a neighbor or a homeless person.The title has to say Trish smith/bob smith/hobo Joe.Now hobo Joe can go in and take your names off and just he would be on the title.So they could take your car but if you need it for job hunting ca is pretty good about not taking it from you.

I have read in begginers section about opt-out and i have a question. Is this a right website: https://www.optoutprescreen.com/opt_form.cgi.... and what address should I put there, old or current? Also, I want to repair my sister's CR. She has a many Charge offs, Colleections and judgement from creditors. Should i opt out her CR?

Yes have her opt out.Current address,try to remove all old address's on her.
