My son has a paid settled account from GEMB/Lowes. It has many errors in it. 1.Date closed-TRANSUNION 1/2007 Equifax 5/2007. 2.High balanvce Transunion $262 Equifax $542 3.to stay on record Experian 9/2013 Transunion 5/2011. 4.Delinquencies different on all three reports for thirteen months between 2/2006 and 4/2007. Example some OK,some late 30 days, some late 60 days on the same month on different months. Is this enough to expect a deletion? I don't want just the lates removed or the account updated. How could you know what they report now is correct anyway with this many errors. Thanks Tom |

So these are charge offs? If so then yes, have them deleted. You would have more chances of having them deleted if you ask than not asking at all.
