collection showing closed but still reporting?!?!?

OK--- UPDATE!!!!!
I have tried everything with the fools, and just lately I sent a 1-2 punch... and BAM!

We are weeks away from closing on our first home and the Lender pulled our credit again... it shows that Calvary on the report, but it shows closed 11/2008.

Does that mean that Calvary closed the account, and it will drop off the CRA's... or do I have to write letters or call the CRA's to get it taken off the report.

Then how do I get my scores reevaluated? Because I am very close (week or less) to having to lock a rate...

This is what the report says in the text area:

It's not going to help your score unless it's deleted.

That's odd that it says unpaid......but closed. :confused:
Closed does not mean it will be removed......and technically they can still report it.

Anyway you could just pay Sprint?
Then you could tell the CA they have no business reporting it and they need to delete it immediately.
