:confused:Hi I wrote to First Premier for verification of an account. they sent me bills from the credit card that had purchases on it. Is this proper verification from an OC? If not, what do I do next? I recently wrote to CRAs to tell them that I had not rec'ed verification from First Premier, but after I wrote them is when I rec'ed the copies of the bills. What do I do next? HELP:confused:

Was it a complete itemized lists of charges showing how they came to the amount you owe? Did they send you a copy of a signed contract? Otherwise that may not be good enough. |

hi Trish, they did not have a copy of anything signed, they did state in the letter that they had no signature because of it being done online. the copies where just of statements and that was it.

| What their counting with now is because of on line issue, their going to say every time you sign receipt your signing a contract so far no court decision to a challange. So it depends on what your terms and conditions were when you got card.
