I NEED MY TITLE/balance disputed

How do I dispute a charge-off for my truck when I made late payments during the final 4 of 48 payments due to a job loss. The final payment was to be $390.00 but different depts. gave me conflicting balances ($0 to $390). Finally, Wells Fargo put it on my credit report @ $730 and has not sent my title. How do I proceed first--dispute with CRA/Validation/Call Wells Fargo again? Help:confused::[/I]

Why don't you take your credit report and go to the the bank and sit down with a manager and discuss the problem if a mistake was made it can be corrected.If you sent them them the $390.00 and then that was't enough you could have sent more.Until you address this in person and get it straighten out your not going to get your title.Disputing this will not get your title,all your disputing is the reporting of the account.My wife is a title clerk and until the lien is paid you won't get your title.My wife said this is a common problem that is easily solved by going into the bank and not calling!
