Online dispute: Forgot to write down TL's

I did an online dispute...I know I shouldn't but I did. I didn't write down the info I disputed so I have no ides which ones I didputed and what the reason was for some of them. Will they send me a detailed list at the end of the dispute showing the TL's I disputed? Or will it only show the ones they changed? Another question. EQ has sent me a few emails saying this is a confirmation number and that I can use it to view results to the dispute, but when I go online and try to get the info it says that it cannot display it with the info I am using. Are these emails the only way I am going to get the information? I mean are they going to send me a detailed list after the 30 days or do they only send out the emails for each one and that's it? PLEASE help, I feel so disgusted that I messed up like this.

They usually send you the results of the items you just disputed and then they give you a copy of your credit report.

Many times they will send a 1 or 2 page computer generated letter letting you know they received your dispute. It really doesn't say much but, on it they will have the confirmation number and the message about viewing your results. But, until they are done with their investigation you won't be able to log in to see anything.
