Default What happens if it comes back on your credit report?

Hello,

If you dispute an item on your credit report and the CRA ends up taking off your credit after investigation, isn't there a chance it can be reported again? And if that is the case, what should one do as it has already been disputed.

Thank you for your time!

Yes, there is a chance. It does happen. Simply write them another letter pointing out the fact that it has already been disputed and deleted. I believe it's a violation for them to place it on your credit report once they've deleted it.
