the CA has no right to report it.....so it must be removed.
That is the point. If the CA reports it as paid, then it is being reported inaccurately because you never paid the CA. And since you put a restrictive endorsement on the cashier's check/MO, the OC cannot just send it over to the CA to cash.
If for some reason that were to happen (the CA keeps reporting it), there are further steps to take......i.e. a courtesy letter and possibly a HIPAA complaint.
Usually, the TL gets deleted........there are a few cases where it does go that far but it's not the norm.
