No, Lexington Law does not own AAACreditGuide.com. I do.

Yes, I promote other credit repair companies. I came up with a top 10 site (in my signature) but, have only come up with 6 so far that I recommend.

I got this crown jewelers account and my only problem with it, is that I bought an item for $50 something and had to put $20 something down. My first payment is due May 31st and the minimum is $25. after I pay this amount, the total will be $13.00.

So here is my dilemma: I got the account for account credit building. This doesn’t seem like it will build very much. Also, would it be okay to carry a balance on the account? Or should I just pay the amount in full and buy something new the next month?

How should I go about paying this? If I pay on this this month and once again next, that’s only 2 months of credit history with the company. Yikes…help!! 

You can keep a balance running on it........as long as it is no more than 30% of your credit limit, it will keep your score up.
I do know that after 6 months of inactivity, they will alert you that the acct will be closed.....so if you want to keep it open longer than that you can maybe buy something and just pay the bare minimum payments stretched over a long period of time so that you keep the acct active.

I've bought one item 6 months ago and paid it off and it still reports so you wouldn't have to buy anything.
