CreditCrisis is on a distinguished road
Default 2 Seperate accounts, reporting the same?

okay, so I have a collections account for one of my accounts. Both accounts are on my report. Once I pay and get the collections account deleted, can I send the information to the original creditor and have them remove it as well?

Thanks

Probably not.
Unfortunately, an OC and a CA can both report the same debt (only one can report a balance though). They both can actually continue to report it for the full 7 years. That doesn't mean you can't get it removed......but simply sending them a letter that it was paid or deleted by the CA more than likely won't get them to delete it.
