Default HILARIOUS!! how many laws does this break?!

Oh my gosh, your all gonna get a kick out of this one!!
Okay, so i have had a freakin hard ass time with this ONE collection agency, if you can even call them that. They sent me what they call a "validation".

They actually hand wrote on what i sent them!! And they threatened to add 10% interest!!

also, the initial letter attached says

"WHAT IS WRONGE WITH YOU??????????" (Misspelling actually appears!!)
Then it goes on to say "you have failed to keep your arrangements iwth this agency. Your payment did not arrive as agreed" (which nothing was ever agreed to, because i have disputed the debt since day one)

"Payment in full is due in this office no later than 72 hours from the date of this notice. if payment is not received we will have no choice but to institute further action. Failure to call may have this file going to a higher level."

And ends with again, "WHAT IS WRONGE WITH YOU????????????"

Haha ok, so obviously they have broken some laws in this transmission. Not, to mention, im pretty sure they know that they are screwed now because I also already sent my letter to the CRA's and i think they are just trying to collect while they can. could that be the case?

Otherwise, if anyone can offer me some advice of what to do from here other then laugh at this, it would be greatly appreciated.

You know.....this is a new one to me. lol
I'm not so sure they're working with a full deck here. :p

Keep that letter for your records and send them another DV with a limite C&D (that way they can't call or text you) stating that they have not supplied proper validation. Be sure to send it CMRR.

I just posted a DV2 letter in another thread......that might be a good one to use in this case. Just modify it to fit your situation. Let me know if you can't find the letter and I will post it here.

Sorry......but that's about all I can advise.
