Default no clue what i'm doing

ok i'm soon to be 21 and yes in debt ,made some very bad choices, lets not go into it but this is what i have

I have a Wamu acc that WAS in collections but i paid the amount necessary to get it out, i thought when i did this i would just deal with WaMu which i am but the account is closed and now i guess i just have to pay the balance down?

I have a chase card which the payments are very late on and it has not gone to collections but its racking up intrest like carzzy , lately i'm bieng trying to pay what i can toward it so that it desont end up in collections.

I HAD a walmart card that was lost for some time it only had a $100 on it but due to me not paying on it and intrest it went up, i paid this off in full and told them to send me a new card which i never got, come to find out the account is closed and now i to apply for a new card, but its still negative on my report i guess? i have no clue again here, can this be removed? i hear about paying for it to be deleted, what do i have to do to have that done? can it be done here?

i also have a tmoblie bill which the acc was closed on but the bill was also paid in full but again i guess it would still be negative on my report just want to know what can be done about these things.

I also have a bunch of medical bills that i have to pay , i dunno im over my head trying to fix this so i can get out of the car i'm in and into a less expensive one , since now i can no longer afford the one i'm in, pls any advice is welcome.

And i also enrolled with one of those law firms that help you repaire your credit, are those worth the money you pay, it was $100 to sign up anf 80 a month after that.
