Default Payment history from creditor

Hi,
Is there a was to ask for my full payment history, to see when SOL may have started? My credit union does the check number & amount only deal, I'm lost on the date but can see the checks they would show.

You're gonna love this, I had it beat in court on sol, but when I may a payment 2003 the had me think the clock started over. But the judge gave me a judgment in my favor, was out of town and didn't see it, and settle because I though, I'd already lost. I hate to admit this but!!!

Now if the SOL was over! I'm hoping I can go back to the judge and have this over turned.

If I need a lawyer to file paper to get this info, I will or if I can do my self, If I even have a leg to stand on.
If not I'd like to pay to remove but their getting money now so? Thanks

My Question, is if the sol had run out, was the judgement legal? Or them not telling me my right under the fair credit, leading my to believe that the clock started over.

And for a full history of payments from the creditor, will it take a lawyer to file court papers to get this, and does anyone know a lawyer to hire.

If the paper can be file by myself what the strongest method to have them answer.

lvnv is tied to this and I'd like to turn the page on them.

If you made a payment, the SOL starts over and the judgment was legal. It's not up to them to tell you your rights under the FCRA, it's up to you to know them.
