confused...who do I send the letters to????

I have written some goodwill letters asking for certain things to be removed from my report. Others letters are for validation. Do I send these to the colllection agencies/credit card companies? Where do the credit bureaus come in? I wasn't able to find this specific answer anywhere else.

Send the goodwill letters to the cc companys,the other letters to the ca's.good luck,remember you didn't get in trouble overnight so it will take some patience to clear up
