Question Equifax Problems

Equifax seems to have major problems deleting my incorrect information. The other two CB's fell right in line and adjusted everything which raised my FICO score an incredible 120 (490 to 624) points at one CB and 86 at the other.

Equifax just responded and only deleted 1 thing and said they verified all the others and worse yet the totals and dates on all of them are changed now. I have sent Equifax a letter asking them how they verified the collections when the other two CB couldn't, and also let them know that the two collection companies involved have failed to respond to a letter (sent certified and well over 30 days ago)asking them to send proof of the debt to me. Is there anything else I should do? And what do I do about the collection agencies who have not provided me proof that the debt they are reporting to the CB is actually mine? Thanks for any advise you can offer as it is always good!

Equifax is usually the easiest CRA to deal with - by far. Are you sure you are not talking about Experian?

Yep I'm sure. They just don't want to cooperate with my plan!

Do the 15 day letter telling them that their still reporting incorrect information it has not been verified and it's has to be veriftied 100% or deleted their in violation of the fcra, ftc and all other federal law's I was wondering if the tila applies where they have send statement's on payment's rate changes etc.

I never ever had a problem with Equifax either...As Chane said, they seem like the easiest to deal with.
