Default Help - need letter for OC.

Hi Chane;

I am looking for some help to create a draft to an OC. I bought a car in 2000. Five years after I lost it due to a flood. After the insurance picked up the car, I was told that they will have to pay the finance company because of the law in the state of Delaware where I bought the car. The insurance sent $2070.00 to the finance company to pay the entire balance. They also sent me a check for about $300.00 . Now the finance comapny I stil owe a balance $400.00 I do not want to pay because I do not owe the money. How to create a nice letter?

You basically need to tell the OC that your insurance company paid the entire balance and that you believe the $400 balance is an error. Ask them kindly to remove it from your report.
