I am starting to learn about fixing my credit...and all information is welcomed...but I need to know when it's a good time to mail out my dispute letters..can someone help me....?:confused:

Im new in this site , I re-start my research this morning to learn the correct and effective way to direct my disputes and/or complaints, of a judgement (04)and two charges of 7+ years , and that the OC , still reporting them to the CRA's.
