Question What to do first?

This is my first post here, however I have been coming to your site for valuable information. Let me give you some background and then I'll pose the question. Everything bad on my credit is getting close to the 7 year mark. Right now it's like between 5-6 years old. As of right now my Fico scores are as follows.

TransUnion- 648
Equifax- 711
Experian- 650

I know that this range is Fair to Good, however don't let the numbers fool you. I have a TON of good accounts that is why my scores are not worse. But trust me I have a few dings on there. That being said let me get right into the questions.

What is the best way to go about this. Should I hire Lexington?

Do credit card companies use tricky tactics to "pose" as though the 7 years don't transpire after the allotted time?

I’ve noticed that many of the delinquent accounts on my file are lacking information like present balance. Is even trivial missing information a solid way to remove bad stuff?

Hope to hear from you soon! :D

Good questions, Kdaddy.

It's completely up to you whether you go with Lexington Law or not.

With the accounts being that old, they are going to be much easier to remove. The reason your scores are so good is because those old accounts are not affecting your scores as much as they would if they were newer.
