My brother has bad credit with many negative listings on his report such as a few judgments, chargeoffs etc. We believe that all the listings are valid and verifiable. What is the likelihood that if we contact these companies and offer to pay in full that they will remove the listings from his credit report? Is this the best route to take and is there anything I should know about before proceedings to do this (should we even attempt to do this on our own?)? Are there any types of negative listings that cannot be removed in this manner? Any information would be greatly appreciated! -Thank you |

I am working on restoring my credit right now with a company called True Life Struggle (how true is that). They have taught me a lot about my credit that I never knew, like validation of the debt also includes them validating their risk when they gave you that loan. I have had so many accounts corrected/deleted from my report. So should you go at it definitely. I have referred my sister in law to this company and they right away she had a $33,000 account removed, because they could not validate the debt. You wont know what can be done until you go at it.
