What is the sol for medical collections?

Is it the same as revolving debt like a visa or nordstroms card? My wife and I have 6 medical collections where our insurance skipped out on us and only paid a small portion of our daughters birth complications.

Left us owing $11K. The three year mark is coming up in June.

Just curious how we should handle getting these removed after the SOL is up.

We are in AZ which I know has a 3 yr SOL for credit cards etc.

I don't know Arizona laws, but generally SOL for medical accounts fall under UCC 4 year SOL(and starts from date of service) unless of course it's a hospital/clinic/ambulance service account, as these HCP's are reimbursed by taxpayer funds for non payment and are exempted from any SOL.

As far as SOL? No, I don't. Trish will probably know, but I haven't seen her around for awhile.
