Well good ole maurader corporation is still at it I see. I have also been repairing my credit and managed to get a payday loan off my credit report that they were reporting 3x on each credit report. However everytime i dispute and the credit agencies delete it, it somehow comes back in about a months time. Its getting ridiculous at this point. They posted it back on 2 credit reports 3x each for 1 account and it hammered my score by about 60 points overnight. Ive disputed it again and Im sure the same thing will happen but i guess theres not much you can do to a scumbag collection agency that doesnt follow the law nor care about how many lawsuits they have. When will they just go away already. Anyone else having dealings with Ryan and Maurader Corporation or one of their many alias companies?

Its a clear violation of the FCRA to report the same account more than once per report. You have a slam-dunk case and they will most likely settle quickly. The FCRA entitles you to take them to court at their expense (even if you loose), there are hundreds of lawyers who specialize in this sort of law and will be more than willing to take your case.
