who is arrow financing service

im not sure im posting this in the right forum.. but i have wanting to put a stop to these people, they been on my credit file sense 2008 and they say i owe them 2000 dollars, a little over that, i never heard of this company at all, and if i used there services before im sure i would remember them

i still have 5000 un accounted for on my credit file and im doing my best to clean it up

They are bottom feeders... they may have bought an old debt of yours. Have you received ANY correspondence from them? Or have any idea who the OC is? (sometimes it will say on your CRs)

i don't know who OC is... i never applied for credit or applied for a credit card and checked my credit file one day and i owed a bunch of people i never even heard of.. im working on getting this stuff removed...

im calling them first thing monday.. and if they don't send me the documentation i ask for i am going to report them to the credit beuru for fraudulent claims, do i have a law suit claim tho? because this has stopped me from getting credit, its the only collection listed on my account, and it damaged my score

I do not think it's a good idea to call them. If you want to know who they are or who the OC is, you need to send them a "unknown debt" DV letter. Do EVERYTHING in writing and send it CMRR. That way you have proof of everything.

I know Arrow is a CA for BofA. Did u have any accts with them?
