Ndic collections

Chane just got a collection notice from ndic in Az,they claim i can settle an account with them for $79.They also give me a pal pal link.I think its a scam.My thought is to send them a dv letter.All my accounts were discharged in a 2007 bk 7. The only thing i have is a oxygen bill they still bill me although it was discharged.So along with the bill should i send them a c&d letter along with the threat to haul their ass into bk court.I have a mailing address,the notice was sent in a e-mail not signed and part of the mini miranda was omitted.They also claimed to have contacted me before,total bullshit:mad:

I wouldn't even bother with it unless it's reporting on your credit reports. Is it on your reports?

No because i think its a scam.I want to see if it is.There in Mesa Az.I have a friend that's going to go by the address.And see if somethings there.
