Need advice on how to proceed

To start things off, The wife and I were trying to see about getting a home loan so we could get a home, well I knew we had some work to do on our credit so when we got turned down I went to get my free reports online and saw a listing for an apartment that I never lived at, So I got the CA’s Phone # and called to tell them that I never lived there and they said that I did and they would send me what they have. (I know big mistake talking to the CA)

Well after I talked to them I started looking on the internet and found this forum

When I received the info from the CA, they sent a complete listing of all the debts they have on file, now 4 of the debts are for medical bills for my ex-wife, and when we got the divorce, in the decree it states that she is responsible for all her medical bills.

Should I send a letter to the CA or the CB or both with a copy of the divorce showing that fact?

Now as far as the apartment, on the CBR it shows Apt Complex A, I have never lived in Apt Complex A, but I have lived in Apt Complex B, which the CA did send a photocopy of the lease with my sig on it!

But now here is the funny part the lease has my name spelled wrong all thru out the lease. We vacated the premises due to mold in the apartment when they did nothing about it, we moved out in 07/06 and Nevada has a SOL on leases of 4 years.

Any advice would be appreciated
