CA's reporting terms - 1 month?? Say What?

So this medical debt is reporting wrong? Hippa it or Dispute it? MOst of my Medical is reporting this actually!

yes that is wrong, it cant be past due or have terms unless you setup some type of payment plan with them

Nope I have never contacted any of them to set up a payment plan, So do I dispute or try the hippa process?

have you ever sent them a DV letter? if not i would Dv them and try a 1,2 punch and if it comes back verified then we can move on to step 2

If there reporting a term of 1 month there reporting it wrong also,you have no contract with them.
