Verizon Issue

Thank yo both for the reply. Well today I received another letter from AFNI with a photo copy of a bill dated 1/17/05. Is a photo copy of a phone bill, with my previous address. Is a phot o copy of page 1-6. Is that the only proff that they are obligated to supply (A copy of a bill)? Previoulsy they sent a copy of a bill and then 5 days later, sent me a letter asking me to supply them with some information (ex: SS#, etc)

That's not enough for a court of law.The sol on phones is 2 years to collect on bills period no ifs,ands or buts.The v is a gray area it might be enough for reporting but not for suing.They don't have a case if you use sol as your defense.
