Question CA not responding to DV1 and DV2 letters

I have sent DV1 and DV2 letters to 2 different CA accts and they have failed to respond. Should I now send these copies of the CMRRR letters to the CRA'S requesting they remove them?
I sent all these letters CMRRR and I waited over 30 days for a reponse on the first round of letters (DV1) and now have waited 20 days on the 2nd round (DV2). I previously disputed these CA accts to the CRA's before I sent the DV letters and they came back verified. Any suggestions? Thanks..!

I would try disputing it again. If they verify with the CRAs again (before validating the debt with you) then they are in violation.

If they do verify.......then you start filing complaints. I can almost guarantee that will get a response from them.

UPDATE: I just received a letter today from one of the CA's. They just sent me copies of past due credit card monthly bills from April 08 thru Sept 08. It has my name on it but not my correct address. This does not constitute a validation letter, does it?

Does it have your name and account number on it.Have you moved?or were you ever there.Than yes because the law is vague on what is validation and what is verification so maybe if your sued they might accept it as true.

Are the bills from the OC? Is it an itemized list of charges and how they arrive at the amount they claim you owe?
Even though the address is incorrect......did you EVER live at that address?

Doesn't sound like enough to me.
Need to send them a DV2 (another one if you already sent them one - just modified a bit more) letting them know this is NOT proof of your debt........and if they do not send more substantial proof, that you consider the matter permanently closed.

And yes........you should go ahead and dispute with the CRAs again. On this particular one......you should wait until you know the CA has your next letter (the DV2) and then dispute (like you're doing a 1 2 punch).

Hi Trish, They sent me copies of the monthly bills from the OC, WELLS FARGO. But the billing address under my name is in California and I have never lived there. I already sent a DV2, so how would I word the 3rd DV letter to the CA???
