Oh and yes.....you can file a complaint with their state's AG, the BBB, the FTC and ACA if they are a member.

When it comes to CAs.......I never hesitate to file complaints.

You are correct.
An other oddity in this matter. The last time I hade heard from the CA prior to last month was in May 2005 (yes you read correctly 2005). I wonder what prompted them to reopen the file.

Ca's are like herpes they pop up when you least expect it.Also these people are desperate for money.I'll give you an example.When my mother in law passed away with no estate we sent a death notice to all her creditors.Received a letter back from them.Well guess who called Boa for her 4 years later.There was nothing we could do to stop them.So i gave them the cemetery address and told them to send or call her there.2 weeks later we get a call there's a letter for my mil from boa.And they received a couple of phones for her.
