It still should be re billed for the amount I've never heard of them refusing a bill.Now the hospital should be reminded that it was through their billing department that caused a adverse action.Remind them about going to your states Ag,BBB,local TV consumer reporter if it comes to that.If you want to off a settlement for deletion then do so,but only for deletion.
