Default CA account was removed years ago - now back! ?? !!

I had a CA account that probably started to be reported back in 2002. I think it was probably 2 years ago that I had finally gotten it removed from my credit reports!

Then... wham!! It's back???!!!! And the date says 3/09!!! what??? The nightmare returns!

Is it because I've disputed other items? Or my past B/k?

The thing is, this one I think was proven, verified and then deleted by all! I wish I could find all the info, but I can't track it down.

Any suggestions? Just dispute it? Or excuse me, (I should look this up, but don't think I've read anything on it) is there a different type of letter/wording I can use for this?

If a TL has been previously deleted and then reinserted....then by law, the CRA must notify you within 5 business days.

I would be really good if you had the paperwork stating it was deleted.....but they should have this in their records.
Here's a good letter to send them regarding a reinsertion:

It seems it was just reported only to Experian.
I'm sending that letter to them that you indicated. thanks! I wish I could find records of it, but I gave up and I normally keep everything.

But, wondering if there is some type of letter to send to the Collect. agency as well! Or shall I just wait and see how the letter to CB goes. ?
